The company already includes well-known tech brands like Laptopmag.com and Space.com.
The combined entity now reaches over 72 Million technology and science readers around the globe, placing TechMedia Network number five in comScore’s Jaunary 2013 global tech media ranking and number three domestically, only 4-5 million monthly users under the coveted number one spot in terms of overall reach.
TechMedia offers a combination of display ads and performance marketing in the commerce and community realms. For e-commerce, the network delivers personalized product research across partner sites, and the newly acquired Bestofmedia community platform sources reader-generated editorial and recommendations for consumers.
As former president of BestofMedia Group, Antoine Boulin is stepping in as president of TechMedia Network to oversee the continued integration of the two companies and to spearhead content, community and commerce across all online properties.
